- Get Your Mystery Bag: Each Workshop batch comes in a bag labeled only with its roast level (e.g. light, medium, or dark). No detailed descriptions just yet.
- Pour a Cup & See What You Think: Brew it just the way you like it and give it a try. No need for expert descriptions or fancy terms (unless you want to!). Just settle in and enjoy the cup. Did you like it? Would you have another cup? Let your own taste be the judge. Your honest thoughts are what help guide our direction.
- Share Your Feedback: Head over to our online form (a link will be provided in your order) and tell us what you think! Whether it's detailed tasting notes or just a simple "loved it" or "not for me," your feedback is incredibly valuable. It acts as essential input, helping us refine our craft.
- The Big Reveal: Once you've submitted your feedback, we'll share the details behind the coffee you just tasted – the beans, the origin, the specific roast profile, everything!
