What started as a coffee shop in 2013, has evolved into a full-scale coffee roasting facility offering small-batch, craft-roasted specialty coffees.

Owners, Joe Shearrer and Dustin Jackson, know the value of hard work, having both grown up watching their fathers wake up at the crack of dawn to work as linemen for rural electric cooperatives in Southern Missouri. At True Grind Coffee Company our mission is to provide exceptional coffee to every hard-working man and woman in America and support those who are the backbone of our great country. We lift our thermos to you, not our pinky. Let’s go to work!
